1. Who we are

Yunatrix is a brand operated by 陕西云梓人工智能科技有限公司 (unified social credit code 91610131MAKMWC9U3Q), registered at 陕西省西安市高新区沣惠南路20号华晶商务广场A栋3层301室V7号, People's Republic of China. 2. Scope

This notice covers: (a) this website; (b) the live AI receptionist demo line +1 (602) 387-9966; and (c) pilot enquiries we receive by email. It does not cover a pilot customer's own systems or third-party websites.

3. What we collect

Website

This is a static website. It has no enquiry form, no account, no payment flow and no analytics or advertising cookies. Your language choice is stored only in your browser's local storage. Our hosting provider may process technical and security logs, such as IP address, request time, requested URL and user agent, to serve and protect the site.

Demo calls

When you call the demo line, the AI assistant answers and tells you it is an AI at the start of the call. Audio is processed in real time to produce a transcript. Calls are not recorded. The details you provide — such as your name, phone number, service address or ZIP code, the issue you describe and any appointment preference — are used to demonstrate the workflow and are retained as a transcript for up to 90 days. You can end the call at any time; if you do not want a transcript created, please hang up.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, name, business details and whatever you choose to include in the message. Please do not send customer records, payment details or other sensitive information.

4. AI disclosure

Every demo call begins with a clear statement that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. The voice is synthetic. The AI does not claim to be a person, does not quote prices and does not invent appointment slots. A human reviews pilot leads before any dispatch decision.

5. How we use information

• To answer the call, create the lead and confirm an appointment.
• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a pilot.
• To operate, secure and improve the demo and pilot workflow.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (by choosing to call the demo line or email us), our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing

We share lead details with the garage door business the call is intended for, and with service providers that help us run the demo and pilot — for example telephony, speech-to-text and AI processing, email delivery and hosting. Those providers process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

7. International processing

We are based in China and use service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we put contractual and organisational protections in place for those transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Email contact@yunatrix.com and tell us what you need. We may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under applicable privacy laws, such as China's Personal Information Protection Law, the California Consumer Privacy Act or other local law. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and limited retention. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one preference — your language choice — in your browser's local storage. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

12. Children

The site and the demo line are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's information.

13. Changes

We may update this notice as the pilot develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
