This website and the demo line are operated by 陕西云梓人工智能科技有限公司 (unified social credit code 91610131MAKMWC9U3Q), registered at 陕西省西安市高新区沣惠南路20号华晶商务广场A栋3层301室V7号, People's Republic of China. Yunatrix is a brand of that company, not a separately incorporated company.

3. Website content

This site describes an AI receptionist pilot for garage door companies and a research concept for Australian strata maintenance. The strata concept is research only, not launched and not for sale. Nothing on this site is an offer, a service commitment or professional advice. The only live service described is the demo line.

4. AI demo line

The demo line is answered by an AI assistant. Every call starts with an AI disclosure, calls are not recorded, and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days as described in the Privacy Notice. The AI can mishear or misunderstand information, and its responses are not repair, safety, legal or emergency advice.

Do not use the demo line for emergencies. If you have a door emergency or a safety risk, contact local emergency services or a qualified technician.

5. Pilot services

A garage door AI receptionist pilot is provided only under a separate written pilot agreement that sets out scope, fees, payment, term, cancellation and responsibilities. Nothing on this website creates a pilot contract. We do not guarantee lead volume, captured calls, revenue or any particular result.

6. Pricing

Prices shown on the pricing page are draft placeholders pending owner confirmation. They are not an offer and may change. No payment is collected through this website. PayPal and card checkout are being set up and are not live.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site or demo line for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harassing activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not upload or provide other people's personal information without permission.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell the site content except as allowed by law.

8. Intellectual property

The Yunatrix name, logo, text, video, images and page design are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy or reuse the content commercially without written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services such as hosting, telephony and email. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their terms and privacy practices. A PayPal button is shown as a placeholder only; no PayPal transaction is available.

10. Disclaimers

The site and demo line are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the demo line. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the previous 12 months, or to the minimum amount required by law.

We may update these terms as the pilot develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes
